WHAT IS INDIVIDUAL THERAPY?​​

Are you looking for a therapist who makes you feel understood?

Individual therapy allows you to work one-on-one with a therapist to accomplish your treatment goals. Your therapist’s approach will be specifically tailored to you and your unique needs.

Individual therapy sessions are 50-minutes in length.

​We recommend that you meet with your individual therapist on a weekly basis during the initial stages of therapy. This frequency is supported by research and ensures that each of your sessions are focused on meaningful work, rather than catch up. You and your therapist may adjust the frequency of sessions depending on your needs as treatment progresses past the initial stage.
