We offer structured, time-limited treatment delivered with compassion and thoughtfulness—so you can reach your goals and live a more fulfilling life.

Our team of therapists is highly trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and committed to delivering care that is both evidence-based and genuinely collaborative. Each clinician brings their own strengths, backgrounds, and specialties, allowing us to thoughtfully match clients with the right fit.

NYC Cognitive Therapy is led by Noah Clyman, a nationally recognized CBT expert. He is the first therapist to be certified as a CBT Master Clinician by the Beck Institute and holds the highest level of credentialing from the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies.

To support access with flexible options
While we are a private practice, we understand that affordability matters. Our therapists offer a range of fee options, and sliding scale spots may be available based on need and clinician availability. If you're using out-of-network insurance, we’ll provide a detailed superbill to help you seek reimbursement.

To collaborate with purpose
We see therapy as a partnership. You bring your lived experience; we bring our expertise in psychology and evidence-based tools. Together, we’ll work toward change that feels meaningful and lasting.
To provide highly individualized therapy
