MESSAGE TO CLIENTS
Hi, I’m Wesley. As a therapist, I am devoted to helping you navigate personal obstacles with greater ease. My approach is both sensitive and structured, designed to meet your unique needs and foster meaningful change through a strong therapeutic alliance. I work with both adolescents and adults, offering a safe, judgment-free space where we can collaborate on addressing your concerns. Having lived and studied in Europe and Asia, I specialize in working with individuals from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. Whether our lives seem similar or vastly different, I am confident in our ability to connect and work together to tackle the challenges you face. I am particularly passionate about treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Substance Use Disorder, Personality Disorders, and Eating Disorders. These issues often require specific and concrete treatments to interrupt disruptive behaviors, and I use evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you achieve your goals. Currently, I’m completing my second year at the New York University Silver School of Social Work, under the supervision of Noah Clyman, as I deepen my clinical expertise. My ultimate goal is to help you build a healthier, more fulfilling life, no matter where you are on your journey. EDUCATION
