MESSAGE TO CLIENTS
Hi, I’m Wesley. As a therapist, I’m devoted to helping you navigate life’s obstacles with greater clarity and ease. My approach is both sensitive and structured—tailored to your unique needs and grounded in a strong therapeutic alliance. I work with both adolescents and adults, providing a safe, judgment-free space where we can collaborate toward meaningful change. Having lived and studied in Europe and Asia, I bring a global lens to my work and specialize in supporting individuals from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. Whether our lived experiences are similar or different, I believe in our ability to connect and work together to meet your goals. I have experience treating Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Substance Use Disorder, Personality Disorders, and Eating Disorders. These challenges often require focused, evidence-based strategies. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to offer concrete support and lasting progress. In work around substance use, I often encourage an abstinence-based approach—particularly when use has significantly impacted relationships, health, or daily functioning. That said, treatment is always collaborative. I meet clients where they are and work at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work and continue to develop my clinical skills under the supervision of Noah Clyman. My style is grounded, curious, and collaborative. I aim to help clients feel less stuck, more connected to their inner stability, and empowered to build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
