MESSAGE TO CLIENTS
Hi, I’m Hayden, I’m currently a Mental Health Counseling student at Fordham University, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with warmth, collaboration, and evidence-based support. As a clinical intern, I’m committed to creating a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can explore your emotions, clarify your goals, and move toward lasting growth.

I was drawn to the field of counseling because I believe in the transformative power of therapy—its ability to help people feel seen, heard, and empowered. I’m especially interested in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or unhelpful thought patterns that interfere with everyday life. My own challenges with anxiety and self-esteem have given me a personal understanding of how powerful therapy can be. Finding the right tools and support made a profound difference in my own journey—and only strengthened my commitment to helping others navigate theirs. My goal is to help you build practical tools through a CBT lens that you can carry with you well beyond therapy.

MY APPROACH
I take an action-oriented, goal-focused approach, and I always aim to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll move at your pace—building a strong therapeutic relationship and working toward meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, or simply trying to understand yourself better, I’m here to support you.
