Through utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trial Based Cognitive Therapy (TBCT), I hope to guide clients toward a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings and maladaptive behaviors. In a safe and brave space, I am committed to engaging in a collaborative, holistic therapy process in which clients can achieve peace and contentment and ultimately, heal.
